Medical Point has been selected as Türkiye's first private 'Patient-Friendly Hospital'.
IEU Medical Point Hospital, which makes a difference in healthcare services in Türkiye with its patient-centered approach, won the "Patient-Friendly Hospital 2024" award given by the International Center for Strategic Health Research (USSAM). As a result of scientific evaluations, Medical Point, which received the title of Türkiye's first private 'Patient-Friendly Hospital', stood out with its patient satisfaction and commitment to ethical values.
It successfully passed the scientific evaluation process.
A scientific review conducted by USSAM between January 1 and December 31, 2024, evaluated patient safety, service quality, and adherence to ethical principles. As a result of the analysis, Medical Point, which stands out with its patient-friendly healthcare services, achieved significant success in the healthcare sector with its service approach.
