Izmir University of Economics Medical Point Hospital has once again been included in the "Türkiye's Best Employers 2025" list announced by the Great Place to Work Institute, thanks to its human-centered management approach, strong corporate culture, and its philosophy shaped by the "7S" principles. Ranking seventh nationwide in the category of companies with over 1,000 employees, the hospital has achieved a significant success by being included in the list for the third consecutive time. 

The company's growing corporate culture, based on the principles of 7S (Love, Respect, Patience, Secrecy, Sincerity, Loyalty, and Sustainability), has earned them the 7th place in Türkiye's Best Employers list. This workplace philosophy aims to maximize not only patient satisfaction but also employee engagement. 

Being included in the list determined by the Great Place to Work Institute's assessment of workplace culture and employee experience demonstrates our hospital's sustainable and trustworthy organizational culture, and is also seen as a reflection of our practices that prioritize employee development and our work approach based on the 7S principles.
